AMD P100 COM Express BIOS Settings Documentation

Reference for every BIOS setup menu and setting of the AMD P100 (Ryzen AI 300) COM Express Type 6 module, including options, default values and menu paths. BIOS v1.04.

This page documents the BIOS (AMI Aptio V) setup menus of the AMD P100 (Ryzen AI 300) COM Express Type 6 module, BIOS version 1.04. Every setting is listed with its full menu path, the available options, the factory default value and the on-screen help text.

Some menus and settings are only visible when a related feature is enabled or when matching hardware is present, so a given board may not show every entry listed here. Settings under Advanced → AMD CBS are AMD platform (AGESA) options intended for advanced users — changing them without understanding the impact can affect system stability.

The setup utility is organized into the following top-level menus:

Main
